I’m Alex Chadwick, an international events organiser and performer specialising in bespoke private and corporate events worldwide.

I work directly with private clients, brands and venues to design and deliver events that are seamless, considered and impactful - from intimate celebrations to large-scale corporate productions. Every event is tailored around the brief, the budget and the timeframe, with a clear focus on flow, atmosphere and execution.

Unlike traditional event planners, my background is rooted in live performance and entertainment. This gives me a unique perspective on how events should feel as well as how they should run - from the pacing of an evening to the energy in the room. It allows me to bridge the gap between planning, production and entertainment, acting as a single point of contact from concept through to delivery.

Depending on the needs of the event, I can provide full event planning and coordination, curate and manage entertainment, oversee technical production, and work with trusted suppliers to ensure every detail is handled professionally. Where appropriate, I also perform as a DJ & live saxophonist, offering a premium hybrid entertainment option trusted at events around the world.
